The Gains of Gaines

How many times a week do you read something important, authored by someone who is NOTHING LIKE YOU?

I’ve recently discovered Ms. Allison Gaines, on Medium, and in OH SO MANY WAYS she and I are nothing alike……..At the same time, we hold very similar views on politics, racism and the politics of racism.

Let’s go back for a moment though to some of the notable ways in which we’re different:
