I’ve Had Enough….And I Like It!

When I read inspiring quotes like this one, it makes me realize, nay, remember how precious my life is. I’m living my dream, which happens to have also been Heller’s dream. The dream of “having enough”.

I have enough that I don’t want for anything. I have enough food and clothing. I have enough when I lay down in a soft bed at night, in a warm house. And most of all…..I have enough love. With the love that I have, the house is not just a house but a home.

It’s that love that is a game changer, for me.

Without the love of my family, this life, would be as empty and meaningless as the house. I wouldn’t care to live alone in this house without my family and I’d pack up and go somewhere else. I’d probably go to live on a commune, or something like it, with a lot of people so that I could build ties that felt like family.

Family provides and does for family, so I know that I’d continue to always have enough and I could concentrate on helping to provide the love that is truly the one essential element that no one can do without.

Real love has many faces and can take an infinite number of forms. Each one is vital to our survival on this planet.

Self love dictates that we perform good self- care….DAILY. That includes a right diet of sleep…
