Really?!! “Making Plagues Cool Again”?
Yes. Someone is actually marketing an item with this tagline. They’re calling it Passover in a Box.
It seems that they hope to make a pack of nonsense fun for kids so that they’ll sit through the entirety of the religious clap trap that is Passover. Believe me, I understand why. I was raised Jewish and my parents did everything they could to make the Sedar (ritual dinner) fun.
Now Jewish parents have this box of games to help them do that.
Part of the “fun” is a game with a deck of cards that feature the 10 plagues.
Have we learned NOTHING from the spread of Covid?! PLAGUES ARE NEVER FUN.
