There are a lot of presumptions in this meme, and a lot more that were unsaid.

The whole thing, for instance, is based on the presumption that the guy in the little white collar knows what each and every Atheist is thinking or believes at all times. He believes that he is expert enough in doing so that he can tell US what we wish and believe.
