The Death Penalty for a Broken Justice System

The ACLU says that the death penalty is cruel and inhumane, and they’ve put out a petition to end it.

On the face of it, signing that petition would seem to be a spectacular idea, and I would sign in a red hot second,

If someone had a better solution with which to replace it.

Oh wait! Someone does.

Rather MANY people and many countries like Norway have come up with better ideas.
