The More You Know

Wouldn’t it be nice if the news on tv and radio and online weren’t controlled by the government or the corporatocracy? Wouldn’t it be great if there was a way to easily find out which news sources were the most and least biased?

Oh wait!!

Not all of them are and there is.

There are websites that assess the political leanings and factual reporting of various news sources.

As to independent news reporting, one need only look as far as The Young Turks and Red Star Report for issues of the day broken down into a comprehensible form.

As a Californian, I can say that I’m pleased and proud AND PRIVILEGED to be a part of Red Star Report. (RSR).

The word “privilege” has lately become almost a slur. That is not how I meant it today. I was privileged with early information about Red Star Report and the good fellow that organizes, and edits it and puts his heart and soul into it, all without any help or recompense, monetary or otherwise.

That good man’s name is Hal Lohr. He has a family, so the great deal of time and energy that he puts into RSR is a tremendous act of love. It is his love for California that drives him, as it drives all of us who push for Calexit and for a better future for our children and their children.
