There once was a teacher…
There’s a Catholic school in Ohio that was ordered by their Archbishop to fire a teacher, during this Covid pandemic, because he is gay.
The Archbishop cherry picked his way through the bible, ignoring all the passages about compassion, to land on the passages about homosexuality being sinful, and took it upon himself to punish a gay teacher, during a time when compassion is most needed.
More compassionate and sensible folk cried out against this merciless, senseless and judgmental act, including me. I sent this to Laura Eiken of that Catholic school in Ohio.
