Unpacking the Headlines

In my previous post, Headlines That Shouldn’t Be, I displayed some headlines and called out THE WORLD for our collective hateful ignorance and our arrogant belief that we are a civilized society. Now I’m going to go into some of those headlines, and pick them apart one by one. Together we’ll analyze them and come to see how incontrovertibly they prove our fear and our resistance of change in the interest of true justice.

Okay. Just wow, and where do we even start with that one? Do we start with the illegality of the fine or do we start with the fact that it was given because the cops couldn’t wrap their heads around the idea of alternate gender identities?

I think I’ll start with the fine. Loving someone is NOT illegal, no matter what gender identity or sex they are, as long as they are not under age or averse to your advances. Stay away from minors, and people saying “no” and you and I won’t come to blows.
