Why?

George Floyd’s girlfriend wants us to forgive the cop that murdered him by kneeling on the back of his neck for 9 minutes while he was lying handcuffed on the ground.

I have a few problems with her request, not the least of them being that she is WHITE.

Floyd was Black, and is no longer alive to plead with us to forgive that cop, as he pleaded with that cop for his life.

My second problem with her request is that it feels like it comes from a very Christian standpoint and Christianity has a terrible track record, when it comes to brainwashing it’s followers.

It has it’s followers brainwashed into never questioning their god’s will, but that deity’s will is always interpreted by a HUMAN religious leader.

Humans have agendas, and a lot of these religious leaders really like the comfortable life-style afforded them by their positions as clergy members and will do what they can to continue said life-style, even steal.

Has your church ever offered to pay your utility bills or rent, while you were on disability or maternity leave? Have they ever offered you a free casket and funeral for a loved one? No? Why? Because they’re in the religion business, to

MAKE MONEY.

But let’s not digress further.
